"Dynamic Duo" Print
A rather interesting waterfowl, the small Australian stiff- tailed male duck sports a slate blue bill which changes to bright blue during the mating season. Named for its tail feathers, they are erected when the bird is at rest. Local wildlife artist John A Ruthven has captured the essence of these two as they swim among the rocks and through the rapids. The blue of the bills stand out against the river and sky giving a realistic appearance Mr. Ruthven is famous for. The offset lithograph #2/250 is double matted in blue, complementing the print, and white and is ready to be framed and hung in that perfect spot in your home. Created in 2016, there are less than 20 of the original 250 prints available for sale in his gallery.
